Privacy at Nexa

Nexa Agent is an Android assistant. This page explains what data its current features use. Contact nexaagent.in@gmail.com with privacy questions or an account-deletion request.

On your phone

Chats, reminders, drafts, settings, and downloaded voice files are stored on your device. Nexa can read the visible screen and use Android permissions only when you enable the related agent features. You can revoke those permissions in Android Settings.

AI requests

When you use Nexa AI, your message and any screen context needed for the task are sent to Nexa’s server and then to the AI provider selected by Nexa. If you choose your own provider in Settings, requests go to that provider instead. Do not share sensitive information you do not want processed by your selected AI service.

Usage and optional Google sign-in

Nexa sends a random installation identifier and whether you use Nexa AI or your own provider to count active installations and apply usage limits. The server stores a protected hash of the identifier rather than the raw value. If you choose Google sign-in, Nexa stores your Google account identifier, email address, display name, and profile-picture URL to show your account and plan. Sign-in does not give Nexa access to your Gmail or other Google content. Signing out removes that phone’s account link; contact us to request deletion of the account record.

Payments

Nexa subscriptions are offered only inside the Android app. If you choose a plan there, Nexa opens a secure Razorpay checkout in your browser. The public download website does not take subscription payments.

Sharing and security

Nexa shares data only as needed for the AI provider, Google sign-in, and payment services you choose to use. The Nexa owner dashboard shows aggregate usage counts, not users’ chats or screen content. Account links and plan information are stored on Nexa’s server and are returned only to the linked installation.
